 Hyupshin factory area has 15300 square meters. |
| Hyupshin has 4 Departments, include marketing, production, inspection, storage departments. |
· Production dept. includes forging & stamping workshop, lathe workshop, elbows workshop.
· Forging and stamping workshop has 4 forging machines, 2 ring rolling machines, 2 stamping machines for
· flange blanks making, the rings maximum diameter by forged is 2500mm, by stamped is 200mm.
· Lathe workshop has 25 common lathes, 5 vertical lathes, 8 CNC lathers and 10 drillers for flanges machining,
· the maximum diameter of flanges' can be turning is 2800mm by vertical lathes.
· Elbows workshop has 3 hot pushing machines for elbows making, 5 Hydraulic Press Machine for elbows
· truing, 5 elbow double beveling machines for elbows machining, 2 Shot Blasting Machines for elbows
· polishing, produce size DN15-DN2000.
· Inspection Dept. manages 1 laboratory, all inspcetion jobs, education jobs ect. in factory.
· Storage dept. has 2 storehouses, area over 3000 sq.m. |
